For the fifth year of studies (second three-year period), the Biblical Apostolate of the Archdiocese of Milan, the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences and the Pastoral Center of the Sacred Heart Catholic University present Biblical School in the City.
Following the structure of the canon of the First and New Testament, during the course of a three-year period, studies will focus on a text from the Torah and one from the Gospels-Acts, one from the Prophets and from the Letters of Paul, and a text from the Scriptures as well as one from the pastoral-catholic letters (including the Revelations) so that at the end of each three-year period, everyone will have a comprehensive outline of the entire Bible.
The first cycle of the School’s lectures will be held by the Most Rev. Mons. Gianantonio Borgonovo, Archpriest of the Duomo of Milan.
The Biblical School in the City will be divided into 2 cycles including six to seven lectures. The first cycle will begin Monday, September 30, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at the Catholic University (located in Largo Gemelli 1).
The second cycle will begin Monday, January 27, 2013, at the same time and location and will feature lectures by the Most Rev. Father Marco Cairoli.
Enrollment will start on September 4th at the Offices of the Higher Institute of Religious Studies (tel. +39.02.86318503).
