The St. Lucia festivity It has always been very special for the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano that the 13rd December remember its patrons, protector of the sight and for this reason invoked by the stone-cutters because particularly exposed to the risks by the splints of marble during the work.

Of this historical event the photo library of the Veneranda Fabbrica give to us a precious documents: a photo of the first lunch celebrated by the Milanese workers in the 1936.

In the photo we can see that around the laid table sits Adolfo Zacchi, at left the wife and the daughter.
